VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT UPDATES ON THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This announcement is made by hmvod Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) on a voluntary basis to provide the shareholders and potential investors of the Company updates on the latest business development of the Group.

hmvod Limited (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that customers can, from early December this year onwards, start using Funn Coin to pay their monthly subscription fees. The subscription allows the customers to watch local and global blockbusters and TV hits on our online platform. To broaden our client base and foresee the potential growth of Funn Coin, the Company will sell 10,000 accounts of OTT service to issuer of Funn Coin in exchange of 500,000,000 Funn Coin tokens (USD0.01 per token as par value) on 21st October 2021.

WHAT IS FUNN COIN

Hanjin Tan is co-founder of Funn Coin, he is the first Chinese singer and music producer to release his first music NFT in April 2021 and he has rich experience in applying blockchain technology in entertainment industry.

Funn Coin is a cryptocurrency based on decentralization, peer-to-peer networking and stigmergy, with its codes released as open-source and with blockchain as its underlying technology. Its Initial Decentralized Offering date targets to be in early of November, 2021. The key benefits of Funn Coin holders include but not limited to:

• 1. enjoyment of the entertainment provided by different platforms around the world on the Internet, break regional restrictions, and truly “watch” the whole world;
• 1. privilege experience to offline links, for example, purchase of theatre tickets, concert tickets with priority reservations and/or special discount rate, etc;

• 1. the priority right to exchange particular artists’ Fans Token; and

REASONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF FUNN COIN

Based on current market situation, the Company is committed to adopting different payment platforms especially using cryptocurrencies. Funn Coin is newly issued crypto currency which targets on entertainment industry both online and offline and related NFT. The Company believes that cooperation with Funn Coin will boost the business development and increase convenience of both the Company and customers.

The management foresees the business potential of Funn Coin. We believe in the partnership with Funn Coin could broaden the client base, help diversify our portfolio and effectively add value to our shareholders in long term.
