CHANGE OF HEAD OFFICE AND PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of hmvod Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that the head office and principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be re-located to Unit 02, 11/F., Eastmark, 21 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong with effect from 30 July 2021.
