The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of hmvod Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong has been changed to Unit C, 8/F, D2 Place Two, 15 Cheung Shun Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong with effect from 8 July 2019.
