CHANGE OF QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Systek Information Technology (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that Ms. Ho Suet Man Stella has resigned as the qualified accountant of the Company with effect from 8 December 2002 in order to pursue a new career opportunity. Ms. Wong Wai Yu has been appointed as the new Qualified Accountant of the Company in place of Ms. Ho with effect from 8 December 2002.

Ms. Wong Wai Yu is an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. She has over 7 years experience in auditing and accounting.
