CHANGE OF QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

The board of directors of Systek Information Technology (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Joe, Look Kherman will cease to be an employee of the Company with effect from 12 January 2002. With the departure of Mr. Joe, Look Kherman as the qualified accountant of the Company, the Company has appointed Miss Ho, Suet Man Stella to be the qualified accountant of the Company with immediate effect.
