Jyrki Tervonen will be replacing Leif Persson as new CFO for H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB as of November 2008.
Jyrki Tervonen has been with H&M since 1997, his recent position being country manager for Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Additionally Jyrki has been CFO for Finland.
Leif Persson will continue to act as a member of the Executive Management Team and will from November be working with strategic company matters.
