Change in the HKFoods Plc's Board of Directors: Outi Henriksson will leave HKFoods Plc's Board at the end of December 2025

Outi Henriksson has announced her resignation from HKFoods Plc's Board of
Directors due to her new commitments after being elected as a member of the
Board of Directors of OP Cooperative on 4 December 2025. The resignation will
become effective on 31 December 2025. Henriksson was appointed to the Board at
HKFoods' Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2025.

Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. During her short term
as a Board member, she promoted economic and business development perspectives
in her role. I wish Outi all the best and success in her new challenges,” says
Reijo Kiskola, Chairman of the HKFoods Plc's Board of Directors.
Under its Articles of Association, HKFoods' Board of Directors comprises five to
eight members. From the beginning of January 2026, HKFoods' Board will continue
with seven members for the time being. The Board has appointed Terhi Tuomi as
the new Chairman of the Audit Committee.
