Appointment to the Management Team of HKScan

Göran Holm (54) has been appointed Executive Vice President of HKScan's
consumer business in Scandinavia and a member of the Management Team of HKScan
as of 3 December 2012. Holm has held various positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises
Sverige AB since 2001, including the position of commercial director, serving
most recently as managing director since 2005. Before this, Holm held the
position of managing director at Johnson & Johnson Consumer for several
years.

Holm also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Food Federation and as
a member of the board of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and the board
of the Grocery Manufacturers of Sweden. Holm has a DIMH diploma in marketing
from the IHM Business School, Stockholm. Göran Holm will report to CEO Hannu
Kottonen.

According to Hannu Kottonen, HKScan's CEO, Göran Holm's main tasks include
following through the ongoing development programme and operating model reform
in Sweden and Denmark, ensuring significant improvements in profitability and
developing the innovation activities, the product offering and brands with the
help of healthy and tasty high-quality products.

As announced earlier, director Denis Mattsson will retire at the end of 2012.
Magnus Lindholm will continue as director of operative activities of HKScan
Sweden.

Other appointments and changes to the management of HKScan

Sirpa Laakso, Executive Vice President, HR, will leave HKScan's employment. A
new Executive Vice President, HR, will be appointed at a later date.

Markku Krutsin (48), M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed Senior Vice President,
Innovation and Technology, at HKScan's Technology & Operations Development
as of 1 November 2012. Krutsin joins HKScan from Raisio plc, where he has
served as Vice President for Food Division, Northern Europe, since 2007.
Earlier during his career he has held various positions in sales and marketing
management at Atria in 1990-2007 and in sales management at Metsä-Serla in
1987-1990. Krutsin will report to Aki Laiho, COO responsible for the
development of HKScan's technology and production.

Marja-Leena Dahlskog, M.Sc. (Econ.), was appointed Senior Vice President (SVP),
Communications of HKScan Group at the beginning of October. She will assume her
duties on 3 December 2012.

technology and production; Tuomo Valkonen, CFO; Anne Mere, Executive Vice
President responsible for the consumer business in Finland and the Baltics;
Göran Holm, Executive Vice President responsible for the consumer business in
Scandinavia; Jukka Nikkinen, Executive Vice President of the Away from Home
Business; and Markku Suvanto, Administrative and Legal Director of HKScan who
also acts as the Management Group's secretary.
