FORM OF PROXY FOR EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (OR ANY ADJOURNMENT THEREOF)

To approve the Co-Ownership Plan III Plus of the Company and to grant a specific mandate
to the Directors to issue, allot and deal with new Shares up to but not exceeding the Scheme
Mandate Limit.

Subject to the passing of ordinary resolution number 1, to approve the Connected Grant to
the Connected Participants pursuant to the Co-Ownership Plan III Plus.

Your proxy will also be entitled to vote at his discretion on any resolution properly put to the meeting other than those referred to in the notice convening the meeting.

  5. This form of proxy must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorised in writing or, in the case of a corporation, must either be executed under its seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney or other person duly authorised to sign the same.

  6. To be valid, this form of proxy, together with the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed or a certified copy of such power or authority, must be deposited at the Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting or adjourned meeting (as the case may be).

  7. In the case of joint holders, the vote of the senior who tenders a vote, whether in person or by proxy, shall be accepted to the exclusion of the votes of the other joint holders, and for this purpose, seniority shall be determined by the order in which the names stand in the register of member of the Company.

  8. The proxy need not be a member of the Company but must attend the meeting in person to represent you.

  9. Completion and delivery of an instrument appointing a proxy should not preclude a member from attending and voting in person at the meeting or any adjournment of such meeting and in such event, the instrument appointing a proxy shall be deemed to be revoked.

Your and your proxy’s (or proxies’) name(s) and address(es) will be retained for such period as may be necessary to fulfil the Purposes. Request for access to and/or correction of the relevant personal data can be made in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and any such request should be in writing by mail to the Company/Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at the above address.”
