Additional Explanations

At the 2024 activity year Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company held on 25.03.2025, considering the Board of Directors' proposal dated 03.03.2025 and numbered 2025/04, the shareholders decided to not distribute the 2024 accounting period distributable profit and to transfer the remaining amount to extraordinary reserves after setting aside the general legal reserves.
