Scrip Shares Listing Application

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.  Admission of the Shares is expected on Wednesday, 11 April, 2018.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following schemes:

Hiscox International Sharesave Scheme	500,000
Hiscox UK Sharesave Scheme	500,000

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
