Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - On 1 June 2018 awards were made pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan to Steve Langan and Benjamin Walter ("Awards"), to acquire ordinary 6.5p shares ("Shares") in the capital of the Company. Mr. Langan and Mr. Walter are both PDMRs.  The Awards will vest on 1 June 2021 and are subject to continued employment with the Company but with no other performance conditions. Details of the number of Shares over which Awards were granted are set out in the table below.
