Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - Awards previously made to Directors and other PDMRs on 19 March 2012 under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan') vested on 19 March 2015.

The Plan specifies certain performance criteria and the participants received 100 per cent of their original awards. Under the terms of the Plan further nil cost awards over the 6p ordinary shares were made which were equivalent to the rolled up dividends between the grant and vesting of the awards ('Rolled Up Dividends').

As a result the following Rolled Up Dividends were received by Directors and are exercisable until 18 March 2022:

An Executive Committee was established in February 2015 and those members of the Committee who are not Directors are also considered to be PDMRs. Rolled Up Dividends were received by the following PDMRs and are exercisable until 18 March 2022:
