Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Paul Cooper, Chief Financial Officer, that on 23 September 2025 he acquired 1067 shares and on 9 June 2025 he acquired 2266 shares of 6.5p each in the Company in connection with the Company's scrip dividend programme. 

The 1067 shares were acquired through the scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 14.4 cents per share payable on 23 September 2025.  As announced on 9 September 2025, the Scrip Reference price was 1,286p and the pound sterling equivalent of the interim dividend was 10.70p per share.  The 2266 shares were acquired through the scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 29.9 cents per share payable on 9 June 2025.  As announced on 28 May 2025, the Scrip Reference price was 1,237p and the pound sterling equivalent of the final dividend was 22.23p per share.
