Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - On 9 April 2025, awards were granted to the following Executive Directors under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the 'Plan') to acquire, for nil cost, ordinary 6.5p shares ('Shares') in the Company.

Each award has been granted over the number of Shares which has an aggregate value equal to forty per cent. of the bonus awarded to each Executive Director for 2024, based on an average of the market value of a Share over the five (5) days prior to the award date.

The awards will vest, and shares will be delivered, on 25 March 2028 subject to continued service.

Details of the number of Shares over which awards were granted are set out in the table below.

The Awards were granted from Bermuda.
