Hamilton, Bermuda - On 3 August 2021, the Company announced that that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative to shareholders in
connection with the interim dividend of 11.5 cents per share payable on 22 September 2021. On 7 September 2021, the Company announced the reference price for the scrip dividend alternative of 929.52.
