Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 2 March 2020, Michael Krefta, PDMR, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 118,855 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares").  On the same day, Mr Krefta sold 25,439 and 18,674 Shares each in the Company at a price of £12.7758 and £12.7207 per Share, respectively.

The Company also announces that on 3 March 2020, Colin Keogh, Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,100 Shares in the Company at a price of £12.11495 per Share.

The Company also announces that on 4 March 2020, Hamayou Akbar Hussain, PDMR, purchased 1,300 Shares in the Company at a price of £12.21833 per Share.

The above transactions were executed in GBP.
