Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Robert Childs, Chairman, that he and persons closely associated with him have sold a total of 82,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Shares").

All of the transactions took place on 18 September 2019.  40,600 Shares were sold by Robert Childs, 40,600 Shares were sold by Mrs Mary Childs and 400 Shares were sold by the Robert Childs Discretionary Settlement 2017 and 400 Shares sold by the Mary Childs Discretionary Settlement 2017.  All of the Shares were sold at a price of £16.408293.

The above transactions were executed in GBP.
