Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - On 25 February 2019, the Company announced that that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative to shareholders in connection with the final dividend of 28.6 cents per share payable on 12 June 2019. On 30 May, the Company announced the reference price for the scrip dividend alternative of £16.43.

The Company has been notified that the undernoted Directors, PDMRs or persons closely associated with them ('PCAs'), acquired the numbers of 6.5p ordinary shares stated below. The transactions were executed in GBP:
