Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Robert Childs, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has sold 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Shares") on 13 December 2018, at a price of £16.350975.  

The Company has also been notified that Mr Constantinos Miranthis, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 4,525 Shares in the Company on 12 December 2018, at a price of £16.53.

The Company also announces that Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, both Non-Executive Directors, have elected to use all and a portion respectively of their board fees to purchase Shares. Pursuant to a pre-determined election, the Company arranged for the purchase of 1,525 and 914 Shares on behalf of Ms MacDonald and Mr Keogh respectively, on 14 December 2018,at the same price of £16.015597.

The above transactions were executed in GBP.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.
