Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Hamayou Akbar ("Aki") Hussain, a Director, on 4 October 2018, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire  85,349 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p per share in the Company ("Shares") and then sold 40,255 of the resulting Shares at a price of £16.67.

The notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) is set out below.
