Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, both Non-Executive Directors, have elected to use all and a portion respectively of their board fees to purchase Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company. On 28 September 2018, pursuant to the pre-determined election, the Company arranged for the purchase of 1,424 and 854 Shares on behalf of Ms MacDonald and Mr Keogh respectively.  The Shares were purchased at the same price of £16.503281.

The Company also announces that on 28 September 2018, the proceeds of the September 2018 interim dividend were automatically reinvested by the Nominee shareholder on behalf of Mr Colin Keogh resulting in a purchase of 31 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £16.377 per share.  

The above transactions were executed in GBP.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) set out below.
