Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - On 3 April 2018 awards were made to Executive Directors and PDMRs under the Company's Employee Sharesave Plan to acquire ordinary 6.5p shares ('Shares') in the capital of the Company. The awards are not subject to any performance conditions but each of the PDMRs have entered into savings contracts of three years under the plans and the awards become exercisable from July 2021. Details of the number of Shares over which awards were granted and the option price are set out in the table below.
