Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Katrina Markham, a PDMR, on 13 March 2018, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p per share which she then sold on the same day at a price of 1507.36p, she also sold a further 1,077 shares that she held, at a price of 1501p per share on 14 March 2018, both transactions were executed in GBP.

Furthermore, Katrina Markham confirmed that she has transferred 2,154 shares to Richard Trevelyan Markham (a person closely associated with Katrina Markham) on 14 March 2018.

The Company has also been notified that Richard Watson, Director, on 14 March 2018, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p per share It was previously reported that Richard had exercised the options on 13 April 2017. However, due to an administrative error the options were not exercised.

Mr Watson and persons closely associated with him remain interested in 701, 973 shares.
