Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 13 December 2017 Steve Langan a PDMR exercised an option under the Company's Sharesave Scheme to purchase 3,523 shares in the Company at £5.108 per share. These shares were subsequently sold by Steve Langan at a price of £13.740414 per share.
