Notification of Transactions by Directors or Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today that Mr Paul Lawrence, a PDMR, has exercised options held under the Company's Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting ordinary 6.5p shares ("Shares") in the Company, as detailed below:

·      On 2 June 2016, Mr Lawrence exercised 46,703 options and sold the resulting Shares at a price of 980p per share; and

·      On 3 June 2016 Mr Lawrence exercised 19,614 options and sold the resulting Shares at a price of 985p per share.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Lawrence has sold a total of 66,317 Shares but remains interested in 29,318 Shares.

The transactions took place in Switzerland.

This notification is made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4R(1)
