Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda -

Details of awards vesting to PDMRs under the Company's Performance Share Plan were announced on 4 April 2016.

Following the vesting the Company has today been notified that Ben Walter, a PDMR, sold 8,000 ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") on 5 April 2016 at a price of 9.57460p each.

The transaction took place in Switzerland.

Following the transaction Mr Walter remains interested in 83,971 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a).
