Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda -

Details of awards vesting to PDMRs under the Company's Performance Share Plan were announced yesterday.

Following the vesting the Company has today been notified of two transactions by PDMRs in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") as stated below:

·      Mr. Pierre Olivier Desaulle sold 15,000 Shares on 4 April 2016 at a price of 9.62078p each.

·      Mr. Jeremy Pinchin sold 107,870 Shares on 4 April 2016 at a price of 9.62078p each.

The transactions took place in Switzerland.

Following these transactions Mr Desaulle remains interested in 165,522 Shares and Mr Pinchin remains interested in 71,854 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a).
