Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

·     On 1 March 2016, Mr Richard Watson, a Director, sold 40,000 Shares at a price of 973.5075p each.   

The transaction took place in Switzerland.

Following this transaction Mr Watson remains interested in 711,397 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a).
