Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

·      On 29 July 2015, Mr Robert Childs, a Director, transferred 600,000 Shares to a connected person, his wife, Mrs Mary Childs, for nil consideration.

The transaction took place in London.

Following this transaction Mr Childs remains interested in 1,511,866 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a).
