Notification of transactions by Directors or Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today that Mr Stuart Bridges, a Director, has exercised options under the Company's Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting ordinary 6.5p shares  ("Shares") in the Company, as detailed below:

·      On 13 April 2015, Mr Bridges exercised 65,065 options and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 878.716p each.

·      On 14 April 2015, Mr Bridges exercised 532,145 options and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 856.547p each.

Following the transaction Mr Bridges remains interested in 830,841 shares in Hiscox Ltd. The transactions took place in Switzerland.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1).
