Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

·      On 26 March 2015, awards granted to Mr. Jeremy Pinchin, a PDMR, under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested and he sold all the resulting 107,383 Shares on the same day at a price of 848.099p each.

The transaction took place in Bermuda.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a).
