Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Richard Watson, a Director, has exercised options and sold ordinary 6p shares in the Company ("Shares") as detailed below:

·      On 13 November 2014 Mr Watson exercised nil cost options to acquire 221,979 Shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the Plan).

·      Under the rules of the Plan Mr Watson has also acquired a further 1,386 Shares, representing the value of dividends that would have been paid on vested shares during the period between the date of grant and the date of exercise.

·      On 14 November 2014 Mr Watson sold 60,000 of the resulting Shares at a price of 678.023p each.

This notice is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R.
