Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Robert Childs, a Director, has exercised options and sold the resulting ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company in a series of transactions as detailed below:

·      On 6 March 2014 Mr Childs exercised 63,436 nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 649.520p each.

·      On 7 March 2014 Mr Childs exercised a further 75,505 nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 641.641p each.

·      On 10 March 2014 Mr Childs exercised a further 149,237, nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 646.024p each

As a result of the above transactions Mr Childs has sold a total of 288,178 Shares in the Company.
