Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr. Bronek Masojada, a Director, has exercised options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme ("Options") and sold ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company, as detailed below:

On 18 December 2013 Mr. Bronek Masojada exercised 59,862 Options at 149.9p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 669.526p each.
