Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that on 9 December 2013 Mr Bronek Masojada, a Director, transferred 3,107 ordinary shares in the Company to Mrs Jane Masojada, a connected person, for nil consideration.  

The beneficial interest of Mr Masojada in the shares of the Company is unchanged as a result of this transaction and he continues to be interested in 3,329,160 ordinary shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1).
