Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr. Stuart Bridges, a Director, has exercised options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme ("Options") and sold ordinary 5 55/89p shares ("Shares") in the Company, as detailed below:
On 15 November 2013 Mr Stuart Bridges exercised 102,812 Options at 151.4p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 667.976p each. On 18 November 2013 Mr Stuart Bridges exercised a further 51,766 Options at 151.4p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 672.168p each.
