Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mrs Jane Masojada, a connected person of Mr Bronek Masojada, a Director, has updated her banking facilities and granted security over 922,435 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each in the Company.

The arrangements allow the bank to deal without further permission using the Trading Plan exemptions within the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

This notice is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R.

Mr Masojada continues to be interested in a total of 3,326,053 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each in the Company.
