Hamilton, Bermuda - In accordance with Disclosure Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) the Company announces that on 8 May 2013 the following Director exercised options under its Unapproved Share Option Scheme ('Options') over ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each in the Company ('Shares'), as detailed below.
