Notification of transactions by Directors or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - In accordance with Disclosure Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) the Company announces that on 25 February 2013 the following Directors and a PDMR exercised options under its Unapproved Share Option Scheme ('Options') and sold ordinary 5p shares ('Shares') in the Company, as detailed below:  

Directors:

Mr RS Childs exercised 206,104 Options at 146.5p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 510p each.

Mr SJ Bridges exercised 154,578 Options at 146.5p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 510p each.

Mr BE Masojada exercised 206,104 Options at 146.5p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 511p each.

PDMR:

Mr RC Watson exercised 128,815 Options at 146.5p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 510p each.
