Description
Hiremii Limited (‘HMI’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 7 May 2021.
Official quotation of HMI’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 11 May 2021.
HMI raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 29 March 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
