APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
Hiremii Limited (ASX: HMI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Susan Park as joint Company Secretary of the Company effective 2 December 2021
Ms Park has 25 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry and extensive experience in Company Secretarial and Non-Executive Director roles with ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies. She is Managing Director of Park Advisory Pty Ltd, a company specializing in the provision of corporate governance and company secretarial advice to ASX listed companies. Ms Park holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Chartered Secretaries Australia. She is currently Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies
Ms Wowesny has handed in her resignation as Company Secretary, effective 31 December 2021.
The Hiremii Board is very grateful to Ms Wowesny for all her service to the Company and her efforts to achieve the listing of the Company on the ASX in 2021.
