Immediate report � Receipt of Order from Customer in the Defense Sector The Company is pleased to announce that on April 9, 2025, the Company and its subsidiaries (hereinafter: "the Group") received a binding order from a new customer in the defense sector (hereinafter: "the Customer") which is initially expected to amount to over 11 million US dollars. The order received is for the supply of tactical computing systems that will be developed by the Company according to the Customer's specific requirements (hereinafter: the "Product"). The development and delivery process of the Product is expected to span approximately five quarters, in accordance with milestones agreed upon with the Customer. Upon delivery, the revenues will be reflected in the reporting under the Israel segment of the Group. In the Company's assessment, this engagement may significantly expand following the completion of the development process and the delivery of the systems according to the agreed timelines. As part of the anticipated follow-on engagements, if finalized, additional systems will be supplied and new developments will be incorporated. The detailed information above regarding the estimated total consideration, the duration of the product development and delivery process to the customer, and the company's assessment regarding the opportunity for continuation and expansion of the engagement or additional engagements constitutes forward-looking information, as defined in the Israeli Securities Law, 1968. This information is based on the company's assumptions, estimates, and data available to it as of the date hereof.
