Resignation of Joint Company Secretary
hipages Group Holdings Limited ( ASX:HPG, hipages or the Company ) wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that, following her resignation from the Company, Oonagh McEldowney has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately. Mr Andrew Whitten will continue to act as the sole Company Secretary of the Company.
The Board thanks Ms McEldowney for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well for the future.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Whitten will continue to be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
