2. The above un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended on December 31, 2020 have been
reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetingsheld on January 18, 2021. The statutory auditors have conducted the "Limited Review" of the financial statements and have issued anunmodified audit opinion.

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले केंद्र सरकार ने नेताजी सभाष चंद्र बोल की जंयती को पराक्रम दिवस के तौर पर मनाने का ऐलान किया है। केंद्रीय संस्कति मंत्रालय ने इसके लिए अधिसचना भी जारी कर दी है। केंद्रीय संस्कृति एवं पर्यटन मंत्री प्रह्लाद पटेल ने कहा कि सुभाष चंद्र बोस की जयंती पराक्रम दिवस के तौर पर मनाई जाएगी। बोस की 125वीं जयंती 23 जनवरी को मनाई जाएगी।
प्रह्लाद पटेल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस की 125वीं जयंती के मौके पर 23 जनवरी को कोलकाता में होने वाले पराक्रम दिवस कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लेंगे। इसके साथ प्रधानमंत्री नेशनल लाइब्रेरी मैदान में एक प्रदर्शनी का भी उद्घाटन करेंगे। डस प्रदर्शनी में बंगाल के 200 कालाकार चार सौ मीटर लंबे कैनवास पर बोस के जीवन को दर्शाएंगें।
वहीं, केंद्रीय पेट्रोलियम मंत्री धमेंद्र प्रधान नेताजी सभाष चंद्र बोस की जयंती पर ओडिशा के कटक में होने वाले कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लेंगे। यह कार्यक्रम नेताजी के जन्मस्थान पर किया जाएगा। इसके साथ सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति का भी गठन किया है।

पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने मंगलवार को भाजपा पर चुनाव से पहले राज्य के लोगों से झूठे वादे करने का आरोप लगाया।
उन्होंने कहा कि 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा नेताओं ने झूठे वादे कर जंगलमहल के आदिवासियों को गुमराह किया। चुनाव जीतने के बाद वे उनके पास गए तक नहीं। पुरुलिया भी जंगलमहल इलाके में आता है। भाजपा ने 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में
प्रत्येक मामले में हस्तक्षेप करना जरूरी नहीं है ।
पुरुलिया समेत जंगलमहल इलाके में सभी सीटों पर जीत हासिल की थी। विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले कई तुणमुल
नेताओं के भाजपा में शामिल होने के मुद्दे पर मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने कहा, राजनीति एक पवित्र विचारधारा है। इसे कपड़ों की तरह रोज-रोज नहीं बदला जा सकता। जो नेता भाजपा से जुड़ना चाहते हैं, वे बेहिचक जा सकते हैं, लेकिन हम पार्टी के सामने अपना सिर कभी नहीं झुकाएंगे।
शीर्ष अदालत के हस्तक्षेप करने का कोर्ड कारण नहीं बनता
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि एक के बाद एक समान फैसले में शीर्ष अदालत के हस्तक्षेप करने का कोई कारण नहीं
होंना चाहिए। यदि हम निचली अदालतों के फैसले के महीन विवरण जांचने लग जाएंगे तो शीर्ष अदालत वह काम
नहीं कर पाएगी जिसे करने का निर्देश उसे संविधान से मिला है। फैसला लेने में कुछ स्थिरता तो होनी चाहिए,
अगर हम अपवाद करने लगे तो समस्या पैदा हो जाएगी। कुछ नियम बनाने पडेंगे हम चौथा कोर्ट हैं और हमारा
