This is in continuation to our letter dated 02.04.2025 regarding Agreement for cooperation and exchange of information with Corporacion Nacional Del Cobre De Chile (CODELCO) and Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL).
It is submitted that Board of Directors in its meeting held on 15.05.2026 was informed that the Company has executed Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) with CODELCO and engaged a Transaction Advisor for entering the Chilean Mining sector and further acquisition. Also, a team of HCL along with team of its MOU partners have visited few Exploration Sites at Chile from $20^{\text{th}} - 30^{\text{th}}$ April, 2026 for site study of Copper Blocks. The work in this regard is under progress.
The above is submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for information and record please.
