Sub: Offer of equity shares to the eligible employees of Hindustan Copper Limited ("Company") by the President of lndia, acting through Ministry of Mines, Government of lndia as per Alternative Mechanism approval dated September 15, 2021 ("Employee OFS")

This is to inform you that in accordance with the approvat given by Atternative Mechanism on Septembe||5, 2021, the President of lndia, acting through Ministry of Mines, Government of lndia is proposing to offer up to 3,198,646 equity shares of face value of t ⁵each to the etigibte emptoyees of the Company at a price of I 1'16 per equity share.

The Employee OFS shall remain open from September 27, 2021 to Septembe. 29, 202'l (both days inclusive).
