Kindly refer to our letter of even number dated 16.6.2021 giving prior intimation under Regutation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obtigations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding Board meeting of Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) convened on Friday, the 25th June, 2021 lo, inter alia, consider and approve Accounts and Financial Resutts of HCL (Standatone and Consotidated) for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2021 and recommendation for payment of dividend for FY 7070-21.

Further to above, it is informed that the Board shatl also consider and recommend seeking approvat of sharehotders (i) to authorize the Board to raise funds by issue of equity shares through QIP to the extent of 10.48% (15% Less 4.52% atready raised) of existing paid up equity capital of the Company in one or more trenches for funding the capex ptans (ii) to issue and altot secured or unsecured non-convertible debentures or boMs on private placement basis.
