Brief Profile of Shri Ajay Chandraker, Head of Department of Materials & Contracts and Marketing

Shri Ajay Chandraker is a Mechanical Engineer, with M Tech in Operation Research from NIT Durgapur. He has worked in SAIL BSP, DSP & ISP for last 32 years. Shri Chandraker has wide range of experience in Material Management Department Handling Procurement, Inventory optimization, ERP implementation, GeM Procurement, Vendor development etc.

He holds a Professional Diploma in Contract Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management and has undergone Training on Public Procurement at Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management as per Central Vigilance Commission office order. Further, he is a Lifetime Member of Indian Institute of Materials Management.
