Shri Sanjiv Kumar Singh has assumed the charge of the post of Director (Mining), Hindustan Copper Ltd today i.e. 26s March, 2072. Brief profite of Shri Singh is enctosed.

Shri Singh is not retated to any other Members of the Board of Directors of the Company or their relatives. He is atso not debarred from hotding the office of director pursuant to any SEBI Order or any other authority.
